Shipping policy
U.S. shipping
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $35 or more. It's applied automatically at checkout, so no code is needed. U.S. orders under $35 ship for $5.99.
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After processing, estimated U.S. delivery is 5–10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and aren’t guaranteed.
International shipping
International availability and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout based on the destination and the products in the order. Some supplier products are available for U.S. shipping only.
- Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: $12 standard shipping, free on orders of $75 or more.
- Asia, the Middle East, UK, and EU: $25 standard shipping, free on orders of $125 or more.
- All other supported countries: $14.99 on orders under $50, $9.99 on orders from $50 through $99.99, and free on orders of $100 or more.
International delivery times vary by destination, supplier, carrier, and customs processing.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs-clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges aren’t included in the order total and are the customer’s responsibility. We can’t calculate or prepay them, and shipping charges can’t be refunded on packages refused because of customs fees.
Multiple shipments
Our products are fulfilled by different suppliers, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages or at different times. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing extra is charged later for split shipments.
Order tracking
When an order ships, we’ll send tracking information by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If a package appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@lunaselectmarket.com. We’ll work with the carrier or supplier to help resolve the issue.
