We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email support@lunaselectmarket.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Because our products ship from several suppliers, return addresses vary by order, so please contact us before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we'll email you a free prepaid return label and instructions. Return shipping is free on every order, wherever you are. Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Photos help us sort it out quickly. We'll make it right, and we cover the return in full wherever you are.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods and hazardous materials
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get something different is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
International Returns
Returns from outside the U.S. follow the same 30-day window, and return shipping is free there too. Please contact us first so we can send you the right return label. Orders shipped to the European Union can be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason.
Discount Codes
Items bought with a discount or promo code are covered by the same 30-day return policy.
